1. I have never received a package that didn't even have a protective cover. I don't understand laziness. This must not be allowed. I know it's a cheap product, but it shouldn't be that easy for people to browse through. It wasn't even properly sealed.2. Even after I tightened the boots, they kept falling off and my dog couldn't walk in them. Good. 1. They are cheap. I just wish my dog could use them. I gave some three stars because we have no experience.
