Review on NoTrax T45 Sani-Tuff Premium Rubber Cutting Board - Professional Grade 6x8, Beige by Janet Scollins

Excellent cutting board for finer work. I bought this small one to see if I like it before buying the big one, but I actually use these little things for garlic, shallots, herbs etc. A larger board would be great for fish. (Very easy to clean). It won't replace a plank of wood for heavy cuts because it's a more delicate surface, but it's much better for other things. I understand why sushi chefs prefer this board.
