This toothbrush is an interesting concept. If you have a toddler who doesn't like brushing their teeth, this is a good option as they'll get all their teeth at once. I'm not sure how well it really cleans, but even with a regular toothbrush it's tough when it comes to kids. I suppose foam toothpaste would work just fine, but we just used regular gel toothpaste. For my 2 year old this is a comfortable fit. It doesn't leave it on too long, but we practice it in the morning. I've used it and liked it, but again, it doesn't clean very well. I would recommend it if you have a child who doesn't really like cleaning.
