I was skeptical but it really works! I wear it every day since I received it. I liked it so much that I immediately ordered a second one. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and a small carpal tunnel and this provides welcome support and relief without wearing a full brace. If I need extra support, I can attach a brace. I can't sleep with them because I felt like they were cutting off my circulation. Great for staying awake. I ordered a medium size listed for my wrist size and it fits well. Sometimes I have to pull it up, but I don't want to go down a size because it would be too tight. I received the items on time.
