These small fans were really good. Aside from being a bit noisy in the mid to high range, they have an amazing amount of power. They're a little bulky around the neck, but they certainly work well. I've ordered one from this seller and one from another and both turned out very good and also a little clunky around the neck but when they're backlit it's pointless. They are just as good as portable desktop fans. The battery lasted quite a long time, but I wouldn't say 4 hours. I think it depends on what settings have been made. ****Update**** I was happy until the third time trying to use this item. It broke off the charger and of course the seller has very poor customer service. Chinese companies often don't care, and this customer service showed it. Instead of offering a replacement they simply replied that I contacted Revain when they sold it to me not them.
