I really like how easy it was for me to find candidates from the database of resumes sent by applicants to Stanton. It also helped in getting people who were not even looking for jobs but still had time to read my job postings. Sometimes, there would be some delay between when we submitted our resume/cover letter with Stanton and when they actually showed up in their candidate pool. This could have been due to many factors such as how busy they are or if someone else has requested consideration first etc. The biggest benefit I found about using this service was being able to get qualified candidates without having to spend hours searching online myself.
