Stanton Chase Review

I really like how easy it was for me to find candidates from the database of resumes sent by applicants to Stanton. It also helped in getting people who were not even looking for jobs but still had time to read my job postings. Sometimes, there would be some delay between when we submitted our resume/cover letter with Stanton and when they actually showed up in their candidate pool. This could have been due to many factors such as how busy they are or if someone else has requested consideration

The ability for me as an individual to be seen by so many different companies at once! It was very easy to find opportunities I wanted in one area of work when my background wasn't exactly what they were looking for. Also having someone who could give us advice about things we may not have thought of.
