I am delighted with this breast shield! I measure at 17mm and was very discouraged with breast pumping because Medela doesn't have a breast shield smaller than the 21mm. I followed the recommendation to allow for 2mm extra room since the nipple can change size as I pump and with the Nenesupply 19mm breast shield unit, I am now able to pump much more effectively and with ease. I don't have any issues keeping the unit clean even though the shield and connector are one piece. I am delighted with this product and highly recommend it!
