Review on Botanalytics by Charlie Wilson

We used botanitics in our project to chat with customers using AI platform. The support team was great especially when I had some issues that could not be resolved easily as it should have been. No dislikes at all! If you are looking into this product make sure that your business needs aligns well with what they offer since there can be customization options depending on how much you need them to customize their service. Our main goal of using bot analyticais was to help us understand customer journey better so we didn't waste time talking to people who were less interested in buying from us or even worse, annoyed us.
