Botanalytics - Best Customer Engagement Tool

Botanalytics is a very powerful tool to improve the customer experience. We can track all the conversations with our customers. We can also track the time spent with our customers. We can also create a dashboard to monitor the conversations. I do not have any dislike about Botanalytics. AI based customer journey with great support team!

We used botanitics in our project to chat with customers using AI platform. The support team was great especially when I had some issues that could not be resolved easily as it should have been. No dislikes at all! If you are looking into this product make sure that your business needs aligns well with what they offer since there can be customization options depending on how much you need them to customize their service. Great tool, amazing service and always attentive

I love having an app that sits out side of my phone or computer but when requested pulls up specific information about any conversation with clients/customers / prospects it makes life so much easier especially if you work in sales! So far this has been easy enought do at home without drawing attention from anyone else as well which make doing business while working during nap times etc possible - no more searching down contacts details after hours just look them right away straight within your
