Review on Botanalytics by Christopher Bates

I love having an app that sits out side of my phone or computer but when requested pulls up specific information about any conversation with clients/customers / prospects it makes life so much easier especially if you work in sales! So far this has been easy enought do at home without drawing attention from anyone else as well which make doing business while working during nap times etc possible - no more searching down contacts details after hours just look them right away straight within your bot!! As others have said previously there are some minor bugs heren'there however these seem fairly quickly fixed now we know they aren't going unnoticed anymore.- Conversations between myself ans customers can be time consuming because sometimes their responses will take longer than expected therefore not only does taking note get difficult due too lengthiness itself being able add notes manually into our own files gets tiring quite fast. The team is very responsive with the product development process of botAnalytics. Very knowledgeable in this space. I do not have any issues so far. We are solving our customer churn issue using chatbots which was one of the pain points we were facing. Customer satisfaction has increased significantly now. Thanks for everything!
