Brushing my teeth is difficult as my fingers and wrists dislocate very easily. So anything that makes it faster (and/or less dependent on fine motor skills) is great. This toothbrush definitely makes brushing easier, although I wish it was an "adult" size. I have to rock it back and forth a bit to get to the gum line. My main comment is this. the end?. a bit big. If you imagine a regular toothbrush, there is some extra plastic on top of the bristles. Of course it's there too, but it's too wide, making it difficult for me to reach my molars. If it were a little narrower it would be much better. I'm also not sure what kind of packaging I was expecting, but did they arrive in a plastic bag? Loose toothbrushes in a large plastic bag. I'm not very upset about it. it was amazing.
