They appear to be well made.
I'll let you know how they hold it in a year or so. I have Manfrotto tripods and PBL Light tripods so I can count on quality. It should be noted that the hinges on these uprights are rivets, not screws and washers. It may be possible to drill them out and add screws (like the PBL struts). This seems to be the only possible weak point in the stands.
