I gave it 4 stars out of 5 as I haven't had it long enough to try to wash and reuse it. The washing instructions are printed on the packaging so you don't have to figure them out yourself. If for some reason it can't be reused after washing, I still found it cheaper to buy than buying a disposable filter at a local store. In terms of comfort and use, everything fits. You can rock it by hand if you're doing it on purpose, but it stays in place while I suck. It also filters properly, so I have no complaints. The product is what I expected.
