I had such high hopes for this robot. I have to say that the suction power is really good. That being said, my remote arrived broken and had no battery contacts on one side, so it's unusable. There was no mop attachment. He never found his way back to the charging station on his own. He has a clear path, but he's looking for other places and he's running out of energy. It gets stuck every time I have a hard time starting it to get to places like the couch or bed. This requires frequent cleaning of the side brush when it has just stopped against a wall. Maybe I just have a bad block. It's a shame, because the suction power is great.
