You know those I-shaped plastic tabs that companies use to hang tags and other items on clothing? Yeah, those pesky ones that don't quite come off, so you have to find a pair of scissors or nail clippers and cut them off and then look somewhere in your clothes for that little soulmate? At least 13 of them held this towel together - by the time I went through them all and realized that all the loose pieces were stuck in the fabric, my kid was already grown and going to college. I wish I could be there for all of those moments of his life instead of poking around in that towel looking for those itchy plastic tabs.
