Review on Tyler Florence 8 Piece Steel Cookware by Eric Brooks

I am the new owner of an 8 inch frying pan. I love the design and feel of this pan. The finishes are beautiful and the design is comfortable. Better than my old Martha Stewart heavy stainless steel set. I really want to ditch the old (in good condition) set and buy this set. The price of the set seems reasonable. Something about the curve of the handle is very aesthetically pleasing, and the physical feel of the pan makes it a pleasure to use. I always wash by hand so there is no problem with the dishes. I don't mind washing my hands at all as stainless steel is easy to keep clean and doesn't last long.
