Rap music, various electronic genres, and music with tense basslines are among of my favorite things to listen to, and this device works wonderfully for all of those things. A really juicy sound, without any bends in any direction (someone will probably say the bass is up, but for me this is exactly what I want from the sound, and moreover, the bass here is very nice, rather complement the sound, rather than distort it) (someone will probably say the bass is up, but for me this is exactly what I want from the sound). It gets rid of all kinds of bothersome sounds like the hum of an air conditioner or road noise, fosters a state of zen, and saves nerves. Sometimes I just wear it as a noise canceler at work or on a noisy street. This is a wonderful piece of technology.
