When switched on, the machine heats up for a while - and then immediately goes into red marking mode! Logo. What's weird is that all the instructions follow the book. It doesn't look like you have many options as to what to do when you start the machine. So you turn it on and off and restart it between 3 and 7 times to actually put it in blue mode on the central big button ready for coffee. VERY frustrating and time consuming. The defect was obvious, and the process of replacing the car was appalling: slow, confusing, repetitive, and frankly substandard. But coffee is good when it comes out.
