Review on 🍳 Amagabeli 8x6 Cast Iron Cleaner: 316 Premium Stainless Steel Scrubber for Cast Iron Pans, Dutch Ovens, Waffle Iron Pans by Kate Johnson

I have been using a cast iron skillet for many years. I never really supported it. There is a layer of burnt food around the rim that thwarted my attempts to clean it. I started researching how to properly care for it. I tried kosher salt but it just didn't work. I read about those stainless steel scrubbers. After reviewing Revain's offerings, I settled on this one. I have used it several times. It didn't remove the burnt food but every time I use it removes more and more. It's much easier to use than kosher salt. It rinses out easily and I attached a small dishwashing utensil to the end of the rod which I kept next to my sinks for easy access. Overall, it has improved my cast iron maintenance methods and is easier to use than other methods I've tried. For me, for whom cooking and cleaning afterwards is a chore and not a passion, this product has made both aspects easier for me. I have even found other cast iron pans and will be cleaning them for use soon. So give this product a five star rating. March 9, 2021 - Annual update After a year of use, both of my cast iron skillets have improved. After each use I use the caked sludge and it has reduced significantly. Now my meat slides over the pan when frying. Cleaning up after cooking just got easier. I lightly season the pan after each use by heating the pan to make sure all the moisture is gone and rubbing in a little cooling oil.
