I'm VERY happy to have discovered this catsuit. This saved my cat after bladder surgery. She was very excited and unhappy in the cone, but she felt much calmer in this jumpsuit. Although she didn't seem to mind her cuts and stitches, I was still very nervous about leaving her at work unsupervised. She could walk normally and use the litter box with no problems. She once peed outside of her litter box due to stress and constipation and got some urine and blood on it, but the vet said it was to be expected given the situation. Since then, her constipation has cleared, her overalls have been washed, and there have been no problems since the incident. As for the fit, I would say the right size for your cat! I would expect a medium for mine as it's not very tall, but the size large fits her with enough room to not feel cramped. I also like the adjustable neck closure. It was such a great alternative, highly recommend!
