Cool tool used daily but could utilize better functionality

I like that they are able to track reviews, likes/dislikes as well as comments made by users about their products or services through Facebook pages! The only thing is you have no way of knowing which posts get seen in real time versus being filtered out later if it's deemed inappropriate for example due to nudity etc - so do be careful with what type content appears right away!! We use this service frequently at our place because we're constantly getting feedback from customers regarding how awesome everything looks when using them (whether its photos uploaded via website).

Very easy access into customer data base information such us emails & phone numbers along side mailing addresses too.all very helpful :)
