They don't stay in my ears

They didn't stay in my ears no matter how I put them on. The headphones are soft, but I think that due to the fact that the wire is rotated backwards, they will not fit properly in the ear and will fall out when sitting. The tone and volume control worked perfectly for me. I've had other soft headphones like these that didn't have this problem. Maybe it's just my ears.
