I put both a black and a color cartridge in my Canon mg3122 printer and it kept giving me a color cartridge error. I was able to take it out and put it back in and it erased and printed but only from PDF files, didn't print from Word files at all and I had to print from Word so I had to put the old cartridge back in the print update I got from them received an email offering me a replacement or refund. I received a refund but will order from them again if needed. Thank you for the great customer service, that's what separates good companies from bad. Tim
