I bought these shirts and was glad to have the opportunity to work out. I'm 5 feet 6 inches tall and weigh 165 pounds. It was in a looser building. I don't know if my very young daughter will fit in it. The material is very nice and the shirt feels great, but it definitely runs small. To be honest I probably need XXXL or XXXXL to feel good. They stretch well (I think I actually heard the shirt scream trying to put it on) and I'd probably like to work out, but I'm only human. Shape. I don't want to look like I'm about to explode while I'm there. i will return it
