I really liked the color of these lamps and used them to light up the fall decor under the TV. I posted them on October 1st. They looked beautiful for about a month and then on November 4th I came home from work and half the strand fell off. I tried unsuccessfully to replace the first pair of bulbs where they had blown and then found that ALL the bulbs on that end were blown (I've included a photo to compare the blown bulbs to the working ones). I hooked it up to a surge protector hoping to prevent a short circuit that could cause this, but I'm assuming it shorted out part of the circuit. It wasn't very expensive, but I was hoping they would last at least until Thanksgiving. They're fine if you only need them briefly, but more of a problem.
