The ability for me to learn so much about my field in such short time is phenomenal! There are many opportunities that you can get involved at this organization which helps your career growth immensely.

Many times I have felt like there were too many meetings going around where people would just talk instead of getting things done. Sometimes it was hard to keep up but overall it made meeting new people easier because they all shared common interests - learning!! This has helped expand our network tremendously since we do not work together everyday. It also allows us as employees an opportunity to share ideas without being judged or criticized when something goes wrong (which happens often).
