I like the user-friendly dashboard that allows for easy navigation across the different modules. It's quite intuitive and easy to navigate around. You can see the amount you spend and how much is left before you go over your budget. The ability for me to learn so much about my field in such short time is phenomenal! There are many opportunities that you can get involved at this organization which helps your career growth immensely. Many times I have felt like there were too many meetings going around where people would just talk instead of getting things done.
