Review on Cooper-Atkins SP160-0-8 Rectangular Solar-Powered Digital Panel Thermometer, -58/158°F Temperature Range by Tres Carmon

. It is approximately 4.5 inches long, 1 inch high and 1/2 thick with a 4 foot cord ending with a metal sensor. It has C or F settings and works from -58F to +150F. It is manufactured by COOPER-ATKINS, Model No. SP160. It's sold in many places, but I bought mine for $27 from Revain Prime with free two-day shipping if you're a member. I installed it on my K12 Suzuki DL1000 motorcycle. I kept the tip of the sensor outdoors (not behind a panel) so I can get air temperature readings while driving. On February 14, 2015 I did 150 miles of 85F in Ojai, California (sorry northerners) 64F in the mountains. It changes about every 30 seconds as the temperature changes. Works great so far. Jim in Ojai
