I bought this Ukoke portable air conditioner because the compressor on my home air conditioner broke down and I needed to buy a new complete unit for about $3000.00 so I decided to give this portable unit a try for now. . We are usually in our living room and family room during the day so I put it in the middle of the room under our window, installation was very easy and everything arrived covered in foam to protect the car and all parts from damage. . I was able to connect to the Ukoke app. It wasn't easy, I had to try 10-13 times before it finally connected, but I'm so glad I was able to connect, it's great to be away from home knowing how the temperature is being in the house and the ability to easily turn it on when it's too hot or too cold, as it's also a heater, the unit turned on immediately the first time we used it and when I put it cold it blew it immediately very very cold air. I really LOVE this Ukoke portable air conditioner, my family have seen it with all its features and now my brother and cousin have ordered their own from there, highly recommend
