XL fits my size 13 women's shoes / size 12 men's shoes perfectly! Just got it in the mail and my pain was gone as soon as I put it on my ankle. I stretched it 3 months ago and it still swells a little and hurts when I walk too much. My only complaint is that it's as thick as a sock and makes my feet sweat. But it's durable and my ankle feels more stable when walking. Over time I'll have to update, especially on the compression aspect. Durable, good quality, works great without a strap, adds extra stability.
