Review on CURT 49090: Durable 2-Inch x 9-Inch Weld-On Raw Steel Trailer Hitch Receiver Tube by Sam Bauer

Receiver as expected but reinforcement ring welded around coupler neck only about 2 inches on each side. If it was welded all around it would be 5 stars instead of 4 because now I have to weld it before installing it. Another step was added to the project, but for the price, it's just a minor catch. I ordered both a 9" and a 12" and they were all built the same.
