The quality of the refurbished unit was as good as new. The packaging was solid and the instructions were very simple and I felt I could follow the installation instructions. However, I spent six unsuccessful hours following the instructions to no avail. Installation required scanning the provided QR code, which permanently denied access. Finally, my ISP's agent was familiar with my router and took 70 minutes to successfully complete the installation (he knew the tricks to bypass the oversimplified instructions). The performance of this router is excellent and the quality of all my electronics is much better than my previous router. The profile of this router is low and flat, which makes it more comfortable for me.
