The ability to send multiple messages at once and the alerts to the phone numbers we need to contact our truckers. You have to be very patient on the phone. My main issue is that we have a lot of trucks to call. I wish it were easier to call a trucker right when we need them or to be able to set up a call ahead of time. We use this to contact our truckers and to see when they have arrived at a location. I like how easy it is to use, as well as all of its features! The customer service has been very helpful with any questions or concerns we have had since switching over from another provider (which was not nearly so user friendly). We are able to keep track of our drivers at their terminals while they work out on the road. It's also great for us because when needed, there are several different locations within close proximity where a driver can be sent if he/she needs assistance.
