The letters fell out and merged with the grid.
Bought for my husband for Father's Day. Didn't even get around to using it. Once it was "heated" we tried chicken, didn't work. So we figured he needed more heat. Then the holders popped out and the letters landed right in the grid. Then they melted right in the grill. Didn't even bother trying again. Very bad product.
