I got the large, because I'm a 36-38 D-DD. It really depends. I got an extra large once and it was way too big. I almost panicked when I had a hard time, but it worked out and fits really well. The top fits like it is for ones more generous then me and it doesn't hold them up as well as I'd like, But it isn't a problem. I sewed on some straps to hold them and it works perfectly. Otherwise it is a perfect fit in the middle and bottom. I LOVE the color. It is the perfect green. I've been looking for the perfect corset and I've found it. :)
