Lips glued together

I loved using it because it's my favorite color. When I tried to smack my lips, they stuck together like they were glued! I was so 😨 startled that when I opened my lips with water, a piece of skin came off my bottom lip. Deleting the product took me a good 10 minutes. This product is terrible!
