I couldn't wait to try it and was happy when it arrived. I halved the watermelon. I made one or more discs. I started on the 3rd or 4th cut and felt the sharp edge of the handle cut into my finger, it was like a razor blade. I started bleeding immediately, luckily I wasn't bleeding from the melon. It wasn't what I expected and wasn't easy to use, plus it didn't cut the whole melon, it left a lot on the skin. This should have a coating on the handle, the edges are very sharp. Not a good experience. I would not recommend that. return for refund.
