I really like these shelves
I really like these shelves! I bought 2 and use them to dry homemade cavatelli and ravioli. They work like magic! Easy to clean, lightweight, easy to store, and the legs slide in easily (a bit difficult to pull out, but pull out for storage). Easily dries a batch of pasta on each rack. I saw a post that suggested I buy a large, inexpensive zippered briefcase to hold my baking board. These shelves fit snugly in the case next to my pastry board. The price of these shelves is great too! I intend to buy another. I would recommend it to anyone making their own pasta.
