1st impression is not very good. I checked the latest version of the software according to the instructions, but it has been updated. Everything is fine there. After that not so good. The camera mount is clunky and blocks turning the camera on and off. The gimbal is not calibrated using one of the recommended methods. In the starting position, the camera is facing backwards, so I have to rotate it. The camera also stays off-center, and even in the app you can't center it and stay on axis. Wi-Fi does not connect to the camera. In pan-follow mode, the gimbal will not stay on track. He shakes and loses the camera position. Overall not satisfied and cannot recommend based on first experiences. Will be returned and review updated based on Hohem's resolution. Updated 01/06/2021. I requested a replacement from this seller and received an older version that was packaged with the correct version. The box and the old version looked used. I am now returning my second stabilizer and I have to say that based on this experience I cannot recommend this product or this seller. you may not resell older versions in new packaging.
