The best thing about mailscape, it's ease of use! It has all you need to keep track with your emails in one place without having multiple programs open at once or wasting time searching for information across several different platforms/programs (iPad vs Outlook). I like that there are so many options available when using this software-it can be overwhelming but also very useful if used properly! There isn't anything i dislike specifically as far as functionality goes; however we do have some issues where certain features don’t work well together such as calendar integration which doesn’t sync up correctly sometimes. We're able to easily see what our clients receive from us each day via email reports sent by mailscape365 - they give me an easy way to monitor my client communications throughout the week since most correspondence occurs during business hours.-It helps save paper because now everything gets printed out digitally instead of physically going through files every month looking back over.
