Bright, just what I wanted for my kids!
I LOVE! They are very bright, easy to charge and last a long time without recharging! They are easily adjustable in size and very light! I was worried about one of my kids who tends to run around after dark and I was SO scared of getting hit by a car! I don't worry as much now that he wears a light colored collar! Great idea someone came up with to keep our kids safe!
