tick tock tools, wow! First of all these bits are amazing, you won't find anything of lower quality abroad made here. Great balance, great weight, no wobble where the metal is snug against the wood. What impresses me the most is the customer service, Bill and the folks at Tick have taken the tools to go the extra mile to ensure their customers are 110% satisfied. When the bit set arrived it was clear that someone had not treated my package with due care, seasonal driver? reclaim memory? I can't say for sure, but the wooden storage box didn't arrive in its original condition. And that's where Bill comes in, he emailed back within an hour and took the time to listen to me, apologize for a problem that wasn't tick tock tools fault and fix it. all delivery dates before Christmas! Wow that's all I have to say oh and of course a HUGE thank you to Bill and the whole Tic Tac family for making my holiday that little bit brighter.
