For those of you who wear synthetic wigs and hairpieces, this mode works very well on the MEDIUM setting to smooth frizzy hair. However, it has a very large diameter, so I don't expect it to be useful except for medium or longer models. I would absolutely not use the high setting except for thick human hair or heat resistant synthetic fabrics. For me, the medium setting works great for both my heat and regular synthetics.
