Oh boy. This monitor is not working and all I can get are factory reset instructions (which I can't do as there is no text on the screen and there is no menu button instructing how to initiate a reboot). When I turn it on my computer can't see it and it shows fragmented parts of the programs it shows and then disappears. I've tried the included HDMI cable, as well as my own HDMI cable and mini display ports, which work fine with my other small monitor. It also arrived 4 days later than expected and now I just have to send it back. 2 stars because it looks nice and streamlined which is what I wanted for my small workspace. I'll have to look for another one I hope with the same price and looks. It was supposed to be relatively plug and play but unfortunately was a waste of time and energy.
