Review on Spacesaver by Sedric Hood

Spacesaver is one of the most disappointing businesses I've seen as a product manager, and I've seen a lot of storage solutions. Their products are poorly made and inefficient, so they won't help you make the most of the room you have. The provided containers are flimsy and easily shatter, resulting in an even more untidy situation. Not to mention the ridiculously high prices that have nothing to do with the actual value of their goods. It's almost as if they want to trick you into believing their products are overpriced. Hold on, it gets even worse! The company's customer service is just as disappointing, taking too long to react and providing inadequate help with your issues. They act as if they don't give a damn about their customers, which is surprising given that their job is to make your life simpler. I wouldn't recommend this book as a resource for efficient storage options. Spending money or effort on Spacesaver will only leave you more frustrated than before. Find a business that values its customers and follows through on its promises instead.
