The ability to use our own data set for insights into customer behavior, allowing us to target more effectively with relevant content at customers who are most likely to respond positively in terms of purchase intent or conversion rate. I have not found anything that is disliked about this product so far as it has been an excellent tool for my team! It's easy enough for anyone to understand how we can better reach out to prospective clients by using their social media profiles.
