This software is very user-friendly! It's like having your own little "IT" department. I was very impressed with both the ability of their software to understand the nature of our accounting data, and its ability to predict issues that we might be experiencing in the future. There really was nothing I disliked! I would highly recommend this product because both it's accuracy and ease of use were unsurprising and exceeded our expectations. Our accounting department is quite small, so the benefits are really tangible. I don't think we would be able to track so many metrics if we were to use any other software. By using LumenData, I expect future growth in our accounting department will be easier for us. This is the software that all of our departments have begun to grow to rely on. LumenData has been able to help us track both short and long-term metrics, as well as help predict future trends. It is very easy to use, it has an intuitive interface that allows you to access all of your information in one place. The system works well for our needs, but I wish there was more reporting options available. Lumen Data is a great tool for managing our marketing efforts. It helps us keep track of our campaigns and measure their success. We are able to see which ads perform best and which ones need improvement.
