The neck opening was too wide and when my 2 year old put it on I could see his collarbone and it didn't lay flat against his skin. It looked like an old, worn shirt that had lost its elasticity. Not recommended, especially for the price. The highest cost for this shirt is $1 and he would have something to lay at home in
