I first bought another Bluetooth helmet (Coros) which I had to return as the speaker wasn't loud enough and only worked with the remote control. Who wants a remote control? Anyway, this helmet is self-contained and loud enough that I can hear turn after turn on google maps. The single on/off/answer/mute button and volume controls are located on the front bottom edge of the helmet for easy access. You don't get high-fidelity when listening to music, but it works well for directions and phone calls.
